How to Build an Email List From Zero (Without Ads)

This doesn't have to be elaborate. A 500-word guide in PDF format counts. A one-page checklist counts. What matters is that it's specific and immediately useful to the person you want to reach.

Your first 100 subscribers aren't strangers. They're people you know who have the problem you solve, communities you're already part of (Slack groups, subreddits, forums), and comments on content you've engaged with — people who showed interest in the topic.
