Make a list of 20 people who know your work, your skills, or your character. Not prospects — people who know you.

Now write one message to each of them. Not a pitch. Just an update: "I've been building [thing] on the side and I'm taking my first few clients. If you know anyone who might need [what you do], I'd love an introduction."

That's it. No landing page required. No revised offer deck. Just 20 honest messages.
